You can submit the membership cancellation request via support@ellikbeauty.com, and our CS Team will get back to you once the cancellation is confirmed. Please note that the cancellation process will not affect any pending orders.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it-unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12pm, EST, through Sunday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

  • Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Your order is processed the next day after placement, and you can typically expect to receive it within 2-5 business days via USPS Priority Mail Service.

Please email support@ellikbeauty.com, provide us with an order number, our CS Team will assist you in tracking.

If you receive any defective orders, please submit a picture via email to support@ellikbeauty.com, and our CS team will assist you in getting a replacement item as soon as possible.

You can email us at support@ellikbeauty.com if you want to edit, change or cancel your orders that have not been processed and are not marked as "Fulfilled". If an order is marked as 'fulfilled', it indicates that your order has been processed, dispatched and shipped. Please wait until you receive it, and if needed, email us to initiate a cancellation. keep in mind that cancellations at this stage are subject to a restocking fee and return label fee.
