You can login to your existing profile and edit name, shipping, billing info as well as payment details.

You can submit the membership cancellation request via support@ellikbeauty.com and our CS Team will get back to you once cancellation is confirmed. Please note that the cancellation process will not affect any pending orders.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Your order is processed the next day you place your order and it will typically take about 2-5 business days to receive your order via USPS Priority Mail Service.

Please email support@ellikbeauty.com and provide us with an order number and our CS Team will help you track your order status.

Any defective orders received require a picture submission via an email support@ellikbeauty.com and our CS Team will help you get a replacement item as soon as possible.

You can email us at support@ellikbeauty.com if you want to edit, change or cancel your orders that are not processed and marked as "Fulfilled". If fulfilled, it means your order is processed, dispatched and shipped. Please wait until you receive and email us to cancel your order and you are subject to restocking fee and return label fee.

Our CS Team responds every questions in 24-48 hours. If you don't get an answer from us, please email info@ellikbeauty.com and CC support@ellikbeauty.com in the same email.
